How Does It Work?
We will meet for a 60-minute session over Zoom.
It's a comfortable, safe space where I get to know you first and understand the trauma that you want to clear.
During the session, I will be working on the energy, as well as guiding you through exercises to engage with your Inner Child.
You may feel emotions like sadness or joy, but these are simply emotions clearing out of the block. Afterwards, clients typically feel much lighter and at peace.
