My biggest issue as a therapist/coach is that it still takes too long for people to see "results" and relief from their trauma. Often you see a practitioner once per week.
1 hour/week isn't even enough time for an exercise program.
And while the conscious mind may be learning new information in this 1 hour/week...
Your subconscious mind is still running the show, repeating the same patterns the remaining 167 hours of the week.
This year, I have personally invested in developing a unique 6-week program (in collaboration with brainwave specialists combining the best of EMDR, DBT, hypnosis with powerful Sound Technology audio:
THE 6-WEEK INNER CHILD PROGRAM:
Purpose: For adults who want to process & heal childhood trauma by healing the inner child.
Benefits: Reduce anxiety, stress, improved mood, self-esteem, confidence, quality of life
- Weekly group coaching using Gloria's proven Feel, Heal, Attract System ™
- 20 min audios to listen before bedtime (to rewire your brain in your sleep)
- 10 min audios to listen after waking up (to rewire your daily thoughts & patterns)
BASE CURRICULUM
Week 1: Connect With Your Inner Child
Week 2: Heal Your Emotions
Week 3: Father Wound Week
Week 4: Mother Wound / In-Utero Week
Week 5: Reparenting Week
Week 6: Release & Rewire Week

Consciousness and life on earth are deeply intertwined with vibrations and sound. Many indigenous cultures used powerful sound ceremony techniques, and today we're only starting to understand that they were right!
Everything in our universe, including your brain and body, is fundamentally composed of vibrational patterns, and a growing body of research supports this notion.
Commonly known as "binaural beats": This is specially engineered audio where two slightly different frequencies play in each ear. The result is something incredible that happens: Synchronization between both hemispheres of your brain!
This brain synchronization can lead to profound healing effects, including mood regulation, reduced anxiety, and even healing benefits by influencing neuroplasticity (Chaieb et al., 2015; Padmanabhan et al., 2005; López-Caballero & Escera, 2017).
Now, the audio alone is spectacular...
But combined with our healing techniques, it's a superpower.
We can then infuse these "beats" with hypnosis, EMDR techniques, subliminal messaging- So that you can heal your brain from childhood trauma while simply lying down and listening.
You'd be doing my proven Feel, Heal, Attract coaching in the day...
And listening to the audio at night, so the healing can continue in your sleep!
Note: Although you can find some binaural beats on YouTube, they are barebone audios without the healing methods . Streaming websites also compress the file and quality (which limits its effectiveness), and there have been many reports of harmful "subliminal messaging" embedded in home-made audios by folks who want to spread certain ideologies. These are powerful technologies and it's important to use a trusted source to feed your brain!
It's still the same distance from New York to LA.
But would you rather take a horse (old method), or catch a plane (new method)?
Trauma healing is the same journey, but advances in technology help us understand that there are easier and more efficient ways to rewire our patterns.
For those who like to nerd out as much as we do:
Binaural Beats and Psychological/Physiological Effects:
Wahbeh et al. (2007) conducted a pilot study to assess the psychological and physiological effects of binaural beat technology. This study found that binaural beats could influence mood, anxiety, and other psychological states, although further research was suggested to confirm these findings.
Orozco Perez et al. (2020) explored the effects of binaural beats on the auditory pathway and brain connectivity. This study highlighted how binaural beats can influence brainstem activity and cortical connectivity patterns, suggesting a complex interaction between auditory stimuli and brain function.
Le Scouarnec et al. (2001)investigated the use of binaural beats for anxiety treatment. The study found that certain binaural beat tapes were preferred by participants and associated with reduced anxiety levels, indicating potential therapeutic benefits.
Cognitive and Memory Effects:
Beauchene et al. (2016) studied the impact of binaural beats on visuospatial working memory and cortical connectivity. The research demonstrated that binaural beats could enhance working memory performance and modulate brain connectivity, particularly in the prefrontal cortex.
Hommel et al. (2016) found that high-frequency binaural beats increased cognitive flexibility, particularly in tasks requiring multitasking and attention switching. The study provided evidence that binaural beats could enhance certain cognitive functions.
Sleep and Relaxation:
Vera Abeln et al. (2014) focused on brainwave entrainment using binaural beats to improve sleep quality and post-sleep states in young athletes. The study reported improvements in sleep quality and recovery, suggesting that binaural beats could be beneficial for athletes and others requiring optimal sleep.
Pain Management:
Zampi (2015) researched the efficacy of theta binaural beats in treating chronic pain. The study concluded that theta binaural beats could reduce pain perception, offering a non-invasive option for chronic pain management.
Reddi (2002) investigated the effect of binaural beats on pain and mood in individuals with chronic low back pain. The study found a significant reduction in pain and improvements in mood, supporting the use of binaural beats as a complementary therapy.
EEG and Brain Activity:
Karino et al. (2006) analyzed neuromagnetic responses to binaural beats in the human cerebral cortex. The study revealed that binaural beats could induce measurable changes in brain activity, particularly in the auditory cortex, suggesting a direct effect on brain function.
Cahn & Polich (2006) reviewed EEG, ERP, and neuroimaging studies related to meditation states and traits, discussing how different meditation practices, including those involving binaural beats, could alter brainwave patterns and overall brain function.
Stevens et al. (2003) and Brady (2000) both explored the induction of theta EEG activity via binaural beats and its correlation with hypnotic susceptibility. These studies highlighted how specific binaural beat frequencies could influence brainwave patterns, potentially enhancing hypnotic states.
Kennerly (2004) conducted a QEEG analysis of binaural beat audio entrainment, finding that binaural beats could alter brainwave activity, particularly in regions associated with attention and relaxation.
Fell et al. (2010) discussed the transition from alpha to gamma brainwaves during meditation, indicating that binaural beats could facilitate changes in brainwave states associated with deep meditative and altered states of consciousness.
We will be ready to launch the first beta round around mid-October of this year (2024).
For a subsidized fee, about 8-10 people will be able to participate in this 6-week program, with the requirement of completing feedback surveys. You must actively participate for the purpose of helping us improve the program.
You'll be directly working with Gloria and her coaches each week, as well as listening to the program audios at night/morning.
We'll be emailing updates and will keep you posted when the official form comes out!
We will never send spam. By signing up you'll also receive updates about program development and when it's ready to launch!
